City crews are responding to a waterline break on Hill Avenue between 8th & 9th Streets this morning. Crews are working to locate the source of the break and do not have an estimated repair time. Resulting from the break, traffic control is temporarily closing Hill Ave.

This water line break will result in East Middle School closing today.
