City of Grand Junction and Mesa County Take Formal Position Against SB19-181 (Oil and Gas Bill)

The City of Grand Junction and Mesa County jointly authored a letter today formally indicating opposition to Colorado SB19-181. The Senate Bill, sometimes referred to as the “Oil and Gas Bill”, is being heard by the Senate Transportation & Energy Committee at 2 p.m. today. From there the Bill will go before the House of Representatives.
