- Gunnison Avenue between 15th Street and 24th Street is closed to through traffic
- Access provided for local residents
- Detour route will be in place
- Anticipated completion – May 2017.
1st Street Reconstruction – Ouray Avenue to North Avenue
- Please slow down, there will be lane shifts and flaggers when needed
- Access to all businesses will be maintained
- Anticipated completion – July 2017.
12th Street Sewer Line Replacement Project
- East and westbound Grand Avenue will be closed Monday, detour route will be in place
- Utility Construction: 12th Street between Pitkin Avenue and Gunnison Avenue
- Lane shifts and possible traffic delays between 7 am and 5 pm daily
- There will be short term street closures with detours in place
- Anticipated completion – June 2017.
Pavement Striping
- 24 Road from Patterson Road to G Road
- 23 Road from Hwy 6 & 50 to I-70
- 22 Road from Hwy 6 & 50 to H ¼ Road
- Striping operation will take place 7 am to 4:30 pm Monday – Thursday.
- Expect short delays and please do not cross wet paint.

Red Canyon Sidewalk and Pedestrian Bridge (Hwy 340 east of Vista Grande Road) – Mesa County
- Watch for trucks turning onto and off of highway
- Motorists be aware of speed limit reductions through construction zone
- Anticipated completion – June 2017.
29 ½ Road Bridge Replacement over Grand Valley Irrigation Canal – CDOT/Mesa County
- 29 ½ Road is closed to through traffic between Orchard Avenue and Patterson Road
- Access provided for local residents
- Detour route is in place

North Avenue Gas Line Repairs between 28 Road and 29 ½ Road – Xcel Energy Project
- Night work is scheduled between the hours of 7pm and 7am Monday through Friday
- Expect lane closures and possible detours
- Anticipated completion – Friday, May 5.
Colorado National Monument
- Crews are working at Half Tunnel to stabilize the road surface and also making repairs to the rock retaining walls along various locations throughout the Monument
- There will be alternating one-lane traffic through the construction zones between the hours of 7am and 6pm Monday through Friday
- Expect up to 15 minute delays – flaggers will be onsite to assist motorists
- Anticipated completion- June 2017.
I-70 Beavertail Tunnel Lighting Project (east of Palisade) – CDOT Project
- Speed limit reduction will be 40 mph when flaggers are present
- Please obey all speed limit reductions and construction road signs during this time
- East bound I-70 traffic will be detoured onto service road
- Both west and east bound traffic can expect single lane closures this week
- Project hours will be Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm
